Pricing and billing
We charge for one thing: full image downloads.
Everything else you do on our platform is included.
What you pay for
You pay for each full-resolution image you download from your client gallery. Pricing is per image and depends on the resolution you choose. Rates are quoted per catalogue or by volume, so they reflect the size of your project.
We do not publish a standard price list. Contact us for a quote and we will price your catalogue before any work is billed.
What is never charged
- Generating images for your products.
- Reviewing images in your gallery.
- Approving an image. Approval costs nothing; only a download is billed.
- Rejecting an image and having it fixed.
- Regenerations, edits, re-crops, retries and corrections. Getting an image right is our job, and its cost is ours.
When you are billed
Downloads are not charged at the moment you click download. They are collected and billed in batches:
- Twice-monthly invoicing. Downloads since the last invoice are billed together on our regular twice-monthly cycle, to the card on file for your organisation.
- By invoice. For larger or contracted catalogues, we can bill by invoice on agreed terms instead.
Each charge lists the images it covers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
